Notice of Hearing for Issuance of Writ of Attachment must be served on the defendant
16 court days prior to the hearing date. Service may be made in the same manner of service as a
Civil Summons/Complaint. If substitute service is made,
service and mailing must be completed 31 days prior to the hearing date. Service is complete ten (10) calendar days after the date of mailing. If the party has made an appearance in the action, the document may be served by mail, adding 5 calendar days to the 16 court day service requirement. (
