The best way to explain a Rush Fee is by explaining what is considered a "Routine Service". In a Routine Service, the first attempt is made within 48 hours, then morning, noon and night attempts are made within 7 days. All attempts are made at the discretion of the server. If you need attempts to be made sooner than that or at specific day or time, the job is no longer considered "Routine" and a "Rush Fee" of $100 per address is added to the cost of the job.
